If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy that allows you to return eligible items within 14 days after the ship date, provided the product remains unused and is in its original packaging.   • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the ship date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received, including all original packaging, accessories, and any promotional items that were included.

2. Initiating a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@bulldogvacbags.com. Provide them with your order details and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3. Packaging and Shipment of Returns:

  • Ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and promotional items, as well as a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.
  • Write the provided RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the return to the address provided by our customer support team when they issue the RMA.

4. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or product defect). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

5. Inspection and Refunds:

  • If the return is approved, a refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s) will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Please note that shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount at the rate of $1.00 per removal bag.
